From that sphere of heaven descended among us this graceful Siren, that while unfurling her voice in song, soothes the troubled thoughts and tempests of every soul. Dear celestial harmony, O how upon you I rely, or how oft, at your sweet strains I feel [transported] out of myself: marvel of love, my heart flies and flies again to you. |
