Nymphs and Shepherds were united with the graces and the gods of Love, and with sounds and songs made such harmony that the sun stood still, the grass flowered; then with roses and acanthus and amaranths, they weave garlands, and in their verses while gathering flowers say: Long live fair Dori! |
